What is a Counter Disclosure Asset?

Ever since the UFO/ET matter has been made aware of by the general public decades ago, we have been under Psychological Warfare by infiltrated deep state elements and their assets using secrecy and deception to hide the full truth in order to confuse and counter disclosure to the public. Counter disclosure assets serve to allow the injection of false information mixed with truth to give them some credibility with the public. This fabricated narrative can support a hidden agenda and serve to counter those who are disclosing the truth by confusing the public with counter narratives so the public does not know what to believe, thus effectively keeping the truth hidden from public awareness.

The History of Secrecy and Deception to Counter Disclosure

For those who are unfamiliar with the counter disclosure efforts regarding the extraterrestrial matter over the decades, the following is a brief historical summation of some key events that have brought us to today's world which continues to counter the disclosure of the truth of this matter to the people of the world.

In 1942, the secrecy to counter disclosure started out legitimately with the US government wanting this advanced extraterrestrial technology to have a military advantage over their adversaries. In 1942 President Franklin D. Roosevelt writes a Top Secret Memo regarding the retrieved ET craft from the 1942 Los Angeles Air Raid, which Roosevelt in this memo authorizes

"Dr. Vannevar Bush to proceed with the research project to derive technology from this craft for the "development of a super weapon for war".

In 1947 several events happened. The defeat of Admiral Byrd's entire naval military armada in his attempt to destroy the Nazi Antarctic base failed due to the Nazi's technological superiority of anti-gravity craft and weaponry. This was due to their alliance with an extraterrestrial reptilian race called the Draco. Later that year, the well known cover up of the Roswell crash event occured. This prompted President Truman to initiate the National Security Act which was then followed shortly afterward all on the same day, the creation of the Central Intelligence Agency, the United States Air Force and the Majestic Twelve (MJ-12) control group to oversee the extraterrestrial/UFO matter.

The head of the MJ-12 control group, who was also the first CIA director, Rear Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter, was a concerned about the extreme secrecy being used, and stated...

"I urge immediate congressional action to reduce the dangers from secrecy about Unidentified Flying Objects".

Note that he was not concerned about the dangers of the extraterrestrials, but rather, he was concerned about the dangers of the "secrecy" surrounding this issue not having congressional oversight and could be potentially abused using this extreme secrecy.

At the end of WWII the Nazis had a plan to infiltrate into the US, which they did through Operation Paperclip with the support of their Nazi sympathizer assets to create a "matrix of perception" through the control of media and education in order to hide their secret activities with their assets within the CIA and later NASA, thus keeping the extraterrestrial matter secret from the public. This secrecy got hijacked, as Admiral Hillenkoetter tried to warn. Harry S. Truman the former president who initially created the CIA stated...

"For some time I have been disturbed by the way the CIA has been diverted from its original assignment. It has become an operational and at times a policy-making arm of the government” and that it had become a government all of its own and all secret. They don’t have to account to anybody."

The secrecy level of the extraterrestrial matter, according to a Top Secret Memo, revealed that "The matter is the most highly classified subject in the United States Government, rating higher than even the H-bomb".

In 1949, The "1949 CIA Act" gives approval for a 'Black Budget' to operate completely outside the law. The US Air Force started Project Grudge taking over Project Sign and dismissed the previous findings that confirmed the extraterrestrial presence. The report's conclusions included:

A. There is no evidence that objects reported upon are the result of an advanced scientific foreign development; and, therefore they constitute no direct threat to the national security. In view of this, it is recommended that the investigation and study of reports of unidentified flying objects be reduced in scope.

B. All evidence and analyses indicate that reports of unidentified flying objects are the result of:
1. Misinterpretation of various conventional objects.
2. A mild form of mass-hysteria and war nerves.
3. Individuals who fabricate such reports to perpetrate a hoax or to seek publicity.
4. Psychopathological persons.

The choice of the word "Grudge" was to describe the new project was deliberate where the focus turned to a debunking mandate all the reports. Project Grudge ended in late 1951 to be resumed by Project Blue Book in 1952 assigned to deny the extraterrestrial evidence, which continued the debunking mandate till 1969 when it closed.

Secretary of the Navy James Forrestal, because he is wanting to disclose to the public the truth about Admiral Byrd's defeat by the Nazi's advanced technology is murdered by the MJ-12 group in order to silence him. In the MJ-12 Annual Report it stated "The untimely death of Secretary Forrestal was deemed necessary and regrettable."

In 1950, Operation Mockingbird headed by Allen Dulles was the start of the CIA's control of the public's perception through the mainstream media, thus keeping control of any potential public disclosure.

In 1951, General Donovan of the CIA suppresses thousands of UFO reports submitted by General Douglas MacArthur's ‘Interplanetary Phenomena Unit’ with top-secret gag order to suppress disclosure.

The Invention Secrecy Act of 1951 is enacted which suppresses through the use of National Security Orders, any inventions such as Free Energy or Anti-Gravity from being disclosed to the public.

In 1952, a Top Secret MJ-12 Annual Report reveals that the Vatican is involved in the "containment" of the disclosure of the extraterrestrial reality.

"15. At the request of Panel member Cardinal Francis Spellman met with the President to discuss the containment with the Catholic Church and its hierchy of religious speculation if mass sightings occur. Such containment was successful during the 1947 sightings when Cardinal Spellman met with the Secretary of War on 29 June. The President has been briefed on Defense Plan 4P, which was written in part by the Panel member."

General Walter B. Smith brought in as a replacement for MJ-12 member James Forrestal, as CIA director writes the following memo stating the UFO issue to have implications for "psychological warfare". Shortly afterward, George Adamski has his contact in California with the "space brothers from Venus". This is actually a CIA/Nazi joint psychological operation, as Adamski's Venusian craft photo is actually a Nazi Haunebu II craft. This effectively kept any of the public who happened to spot a Nazi craft to believe it to be Adamski's space brothers from Venus, thus maintaining the secrecy of advanced military anti-gravity craft.

In 1953, the Robertson Panel was formed by CIA to deny the UFO/ET reality. Their official recommendation was: "That the national security agencies take immediate steps to strip the Unidentified Flying Objects of the special status they have been given and the aura of mystery they have unfortunately acquired." In other words, "debunk" UFO reports. They also wanted civilian UFO study groups monitored, recognizing their influence on the general public. The Robertson Panel would have a great influence on official governmental and media attitudes toward the UFO problem for many years to come. Today, the main UFO groups all over the world have all been infiltrated with CIA assets.

In 1954, President Eisenhower has a ‘First Contact’ meeting with benevolent extraterrestrials of the Galactic Federation of Worlds at Edwards AFB. They warned us about another extraterrestrial group from Orion called the Nebu to not trust them. Eisenhower wanted to accept their offer to help our civilization and planned on going on television and radio to disclose this to the world. Although all members of this meeting were sworn to secrecy, Cardinal Francis McIntyre immediately flew to Rome to tell everything he experienced to Pope Pius XII who subsequently founded the Vatican Intelligence Agency named S.I.V. code (Servizio Informazioni del Vaticano), with the aim to get every possible information about the extraterrestrials and how they interacted with the American Government. There has since been an ongoing role of the Vatican with the US Government in regards to the extraterrestrial presence.

Despite the Galactic Federation of Worlds warning and without President Eisenhower's consent, the MJ-12 group entered into a treaty with the Orion group for a technology transfer program in exchange for abducting a portion of our population for genetic engineering and the use of deep underground bases that were provided for them. The Orion group betrayed the deal as warned, and abducted millions of people on earth for their hybrid program with the goal of assimilating earth. This is yet another reason of many why these operations have not been disclosed to the public.

According to the MJ-12 Special Operations Manual SOM1-01: Extraterrestrial Entities and Technology, Recovery and Disposal. "Any encounter with entities known to be of extraterrestrial origin is to be considered to be a matter of national security and therefore classified TOP SECRET. Under no circumstance is the general public or the public press to learn of the existence of these entities." The manual gives procedures for official denial and the discrediting of witnesses and the use of intimidation to counter possible disclosure.

In order to keep pilots who spot these craft silent, JANAP 146(C) was established with severe penalties for military or civilian pilots for disclosing UFO sightings. This year was also the start of the first of yearly ongoing Bilderberg secret meetings that was setup by a former Nazi SS officer which coordinates the control of the public's perception through all of the major mainstream media outlets.

In 1955, due to the technological superiority of the Nazi SS, President Eisenhower negotiated an agreement/surrender with Nazi/Draco Alliance at Holloman AFB. From this point forward our legal constitutional government now no longer has access to these secret operations. Eisenhower's Secret Executive Memorandum NSC 5510 creates new members of permanent MJ-12 committee with Allen Dulles as MJ-1 or head of MJ-12 operations. All UFO/ET reverse engineering operations are moved from Wright-Patterson AFB to Area 51 and S-4. Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAP) now hide these operations from even the highest levels of our constitutional government and military to present day!

In 1957, Astronaut Gordon Cooper at Edwards AFB in California encounters alien craft which he filmed and the CIA confiscated the film. Astronaut Gordon Cooper said...

"So they told one untruth, they had to tell another to cover that one, then another, then another . . . it just snowballed. And right now I'm convinced a lot of very embarrassed government officials are sitting there in Washington trying to figure a way to bring the truth out. They know it's got to come out one day, and I'm sure it will. America has a right to know!"

In 1961, as President Eisenhower gives a final warning in his farewell speech to the American people, regarding the "unwarranted influences" and "misplaced powers" within the military industrial complex, and that only "an alert and knowledgeable citizenry" could protect our future liberties and freedom, as he was aware of the infiltration of the Nazis into the corporations of the military industrial complex.

Then NASA sponsored the Brookings Report to further support denying UFO/ET evidence to the public. The report titled "The implications of a discovery of extraterrestrial life" where they essentially concluded in brief that:

1 Our current structure of society could disintegrate with new unfamiliar ideas about life
2 Long held and sanctioned Religious beliefs could be disrupted
3 That there would be nothing to learn from an advanced intelligent race
4 Advanced knowledge from ETs would ruin some of the long held theories of scientists

In conclusion it advised to withhold disclosure of the truth from the public

In 1963, President Kennedy sends a Top Secret Memo to the CIA requesting the release of information on UFOs. This request by Kennedy represented the trigger to carry out the MJ-12 assassination directive written previously by MJ-1 Allen Dulles to keep the disclosure of this information from the public.

President John F. Kennedy is assassinated 10 days later after sending that memo. Previously he tried to warn the public about the dangers of secrecy.

"The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions and there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment, that I do not intend to permit to the extent that it's in my control"

In 1966, the USAF commissioned Dr. Edward Condon for a scientific report for the Condon Committee to further support denying the UFO/ET reality to the public by the project’s coordinator, who was caught privately focusing on debunking in a memo in organizing the supposedly objective investigation.

In 1967, in a Secret CIA psyops dispatch the Label "Conspiracy Theorists" is used to discredit anyone who challenges the "Official" narrative, which is still used to this day. This dispatch states "The aim of this dispatch is to provide material for countering and discrediting the claims of the conspiracy theorists." The CIA Document #1035-960 dispatch was marked “psych” – short for “Psychological Operations” or disinformation – and “CS” for the CIA’s “Clandestine Services” unit. It instructed agents to contact their media contacts and disparage those originally criticizing the Warren Commission findings and label them as "Conspiracy Theorists". The document reveals that this term has been deliberately given associations of craziness, as though conspiracies do not happen.

The document stated: “Our ploy should point out, as applicable, that the critics are…
(I) wedded to theories adopted before the evidence was in
(II) politically interested,
(III) financially interested,
(IV) hasty and inaccurate in their research, or
(V) infatuated with their own theories.”

In 1969, NASA Apollo 11 lands on the moon and according to witnesses the moon is not uninhabited and video was substituted for the public viewing this event on earth and the astronauts were sworn to secrecy what happened on the moon

While personally working in Naval Communications in 1969 with a top secret clearance I received a secret report from a US Navy ship reporting a 70 foot disc shaped craft coming out of the ocean. It wasn't until decades later that I disclosed this publicly in 2001, because at that time US Navy Sailors are sworn to secrecy regarding these sightings and many are intimidated by the threat of JANAP 146-E, which provides for hefty penalties where military personnel could be fined up to $10,000 and imprisoned for up to 10 years or both for breaking silence on a military UFO sighting. Fortunately today Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-Wisc) has introduced an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2023 National Defense Authorization Act. "The amendment would establish a process within the government for reporting UAPs and provide whistleblower-like protections,”

Project Blue Book is terminated in 1969 stating there is no evidence of the UFO/ET reality based on the 1966 Condon Committee conclusion. As a result of these investigations, studies and experience gained from investigating UFO reports since 1948, the conclusions of Project Blue Book were:

No UFO reported, investigated, and evaluated by the Air Force has ever given any indication of threat to our national security.

There has been no evidence submitted to or discovered by the Air Force that sightings categorized as "unidentified" represent technological developments or principles beyond the range of present day scientific knowledge.

There has been no evidence indicating the sightings categorized as "unidentified" are extraterrestrial vehicles.

In the early 1980s since the Prime Directive was violated by the Draco in their alliance with the Nazi SS and gave them advanced technology, in the interest of balance, the Galactic Federation of Worlds has been working behind the scenes since the 1950s with the US Navy to help launch the Solar Warden Program. Utilizing advanced extraterrestrial technology to recruit personnel for a 20 year tour of duty in space and then age and time regress them back to their point of enlistment and erase their memories of their service. But several of these secret space program personnel have experienced recalling their memories and have come forward publicly.

In 1981, CIA director William Casey stated... "We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false."

In 1983, the CIA starts a yearly Top Secret meeting of mainstream media and intelligence heads in Sun Valley, Idaho to begin media consolidation for the centralized control of the public's perceptions.

In 1991, a CIA Memorandum regarding media control stating the CIA has relationships with every major media outlet to change, hold or scrap stories in the interest of "National Security"

Former CIA Director William Colby stated... "The Central Intelligence Agency owns everyone of any significance in the major media."

In 1996, not only is the CIA utilizing journalists in the mainstream media but have also utilized the clergy in the church in order to promote the CIA's agenda, as revealed in the hearing of the Select Committee on Intelligence on the CIA's use of Journalists and Clergy in Intelligence Operations.

In 2001, a world disclosure event with 21 witnesses backed by hundreds of military and intelligence witnesses gave testimony before the mainstream media of the world at the National Press Club in Washington DC that was prompted by our legal constitutional government being denied access ever since President Eisenhower lost control in 1955 to these deep state infiltrated elements. Witnesses willing to testify under oath before a congressional hearing revealed illegal secret government operations, suppressed technologies and the extraterrestrial presence. The infiltrated mainstream media under the control of the deep state effectively sanitized these disclosure testimonies from the general public's awareness.

In 2014, based on documents leaked by National Security Agency (NSA) whistle blower Edward Snowden revealed how covert agents infiltrate the internet to manipulate, deceive, and destroy reputations. The US military developed software that lets it secretly manipulate social media sites by using fake online personas to influence internet conversations and to create a false consensus in online conversations, crowd out unwelcome opinions and smother commentaries or reports that do not correspond with its own objectives. These covert deceptive methodologies are being used apparently to counter what Brzezinski termed a "Global Awakening" of the population.

CentCom operations have been managing online perception utilizing these deceptive psychological strategies such as using Military Sock Puppets, NSA Trolls & CIA Shills for controlling the public's perceptions on the alternative social media.

This leaked GCHQ training document "The Art of Deception: Training for a New Generation of Online Covert Operations" reveals a number of UFO photos which is evidence that the UFO issue is covered in the training of covert intelligence operatives in how to discredit internet authors and articles discussing sensitive national security information.

It's important to know that the CIA and NSA originally funded, nurtured and incubated companies such as Google and Facebook as part of a drive to dominate the world through control of information. Seed-funded by the NSA and CIA, Google and Facebook were merely the first among a plethora of private sector start-ups co-opted by US intelligence to retain ‘information superiority’ to influence government policies, as well as public opinion in the US and around the world.

In 2020, DARPA-funded AI-driven information warfare tool was used for instance to target pro-Trump accounts. Retired Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal deployed this information warfare tool that reportedly received initial funding from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). the initiative, called "Defeat Disinfo", utilized "artificial intelligence and network analysis to map discussion of the president’s claims on social media," and then "intervene" by "identifying the most popular counter-narratives and boosting them through a network of more than 3.4 million influencers across the country — in some cases paying users with large followings to take sides"

Today, you can just imagine the resources that the counter disclosure assets have at their disposal.

Today's Counter Disclosure Assets in Social Media

As you can see, history has revealed that ever since the UFO/ET matter has been made aware of by the general public decades ago, we have indeed been under psychological warfare by these infiltrated deep state elements and their assets using secrecy and deception to hide the full truth from the public. These counter disclosure operations also serves to allow the injection of a false narrative which can support a hidden agenda that ultimately does not serve the best interests of humanity, but rather the self interests of these deep state elements to enslave rather than liberate humanity. As the full truth exposed of this matter that they wish to keep hidden, has the most profound implication that can liberate everyone on our planet from this ongoing deception.

The good thing about truth, is that it has the enduring ability to confirm itself, whereas a lie eventually over time will be exposed. This is why deep state assets mix a lot of truth with their information in order to gain credibility with the public, while mixing in a lie. Many of these lies are then used to sow confusion which can effectively hide the truth. Another method to discredit those who are bringing forth real information, is for a counter disclosure asset to bring out the same real information but associate that information with another topic that is easily discredited, thus effectively in the public mind through association discredit the real information.

Witnesses, whistle blowers, contactees etc. truthfulness can be gauged by a number of factors that yield either a high or low probability representing truth. Today with so much information and disinformation available through the internet, anyone after watching multiple online videos can easily fabricate a false testimony incorporating several common elements brought out by multiple perspectives and appear to sound feasible and credible. It's hard to comprehend why an individual would purposely deceive the public. They could be delusional, seeking attention, unknowingly mind controlled or are being compensated by deep state intelligence agencies in order to be an asset in spreading disinformation and to target and counter those revealing real information.

Due to the nature of extraterrestrial contact and secret space program service, both of which rarely allows the presentation of supportive evidence to back their claim, thus allowing just about anyone to fabricate a false persona on social media platforms, after reviewing the testimonies of multiple contactees, experiencers, military and intelligence witnesses and secret space program personnel having their memory recall of their 20 year service in space. With all this information, could effectively fabricate a testimony based on what seems to be corroborating information, while injecting completely false information in with their testimony.

The average person, not having time to fully research, can easily fall victim to the counter disclosure asset's false narrative. It's important to research and use discernment as well as trusting you own intuitive inner knowing as it will guide you in sorting out what has the highest probability of being true or false.

How to Identify Potential Counter Disclosure Assets

The following are a few possible indicators to help identify a potential counter disclosure asset.

1) Take note of previously unknown individuals in the disclosure community suddenly appearing and being on a mission to be interviewed with every major voice in social media, as though they are on a mission.

2) They may sound like they know what they are talking about, but have no credible evidence to offer to back their testimony.

3) They will seek to attack or attempt to discredit others and sow division in the community rather than unity. Especially if the person they are attempting to discredit represents a threat of disclosing truthful information they wish to counter.

4) Their narrative will sound somewhat believable with truthful information mixed in, but note if their narrative is targeting another known credible witness with the EXACT OPPOSITE conflicting information in order to attempt to discredit them.

5) Their testimony/story will be found to change and not be consistent

6) Among many secret space program witness testimonies, there is somewhat of a consistent agreed upon corroboration between all of these witnesses in their description of operations in the secret space programs. If there is conflicting information to this general consensus it should be noted.

7) In appealing to the religious community, the counter disclosure asset may label those they want to suppress as having demonic or satanic influences and are the work of the devil etc.

8) The counter disclosure asset may claim the person they wish to discredit as having strictly a monetary interest to gain popularity in order to sell whatever.

9) The counter disclosure asset may claim the person they wish to discredit is connected with the CIA.

10) The counter disclosure asset's testimony conflicts with the information in historical authenticated classified documents.

11) The counter disclosure asset may come out with an entirely truthful narrative, but then by acting in discreditable ways or mixing in totally discredited information, the asset seeks through association to discredit the real truth.

12) A counter disclosure asset may hide behind a noble cause to disguise their true intentions through their association with the noble cause.

13) Research the suspected counter disclosure asset's suspicious associations of people, corporations, UFO groups, media, Vatican, WEF etc. etc.

14) Note if the counter disclosure asset is getting promoted by known media outlets that commonly support a questionable narrative on the UFO/ET subject.

15) A counter disclosure asset may put forward a big charismatic ego, often using physical charm.

16) They may use religious and spiritual characters for religious people to relate to with their story.

17) The counter disclosure asset may use flattery in a way to be accepted by show hosts or groups in order to work their way into situations they want. Beware of those who overly schmooze you.

18) They will claim their information is based on special inside intelligence sources that they can not disclose their identity for security reasons.

19) When offered to do a polygraph exam they will most likely decline.

20) When presented with the opportunity to testify under oath before a congressional hearing under the penalty of perjury they will most likely decline
